: 《食戟之靈》是近年來日本相當知名，以美食為主題的動漫，裡面有許多超誇張、看似胡扯的料理，而經常將動漫料理具現化的YouTuber「Rico」就要化不可能為可能，他要來挑戰《食戟之靈》中的「幸平瀏海台爆彈便當」，這道菜是屬於「分子料理」，簡單說就是利用物理或化學的變化，把食物原本的樣子打散，再重新組成一道菜，最簡單的例子就是棉花糖。

首先將大量海苔丟進水裡，混一點昆布增加鮮味，接著拿去熬煮。熬煮同時邊調製食用級的氯化鈣水溶液，接著將過濾好的海苔濃縮液內加入5克海藻酸鈉，再用滴管吸起，混入氯化鈣水溶液中，這個動作需要慢慢來，Rico花了一個小時才滴完。接著將做好的海苔爆彈撈出，再煮一鍋濃濃的柴魚昆布湯，最後裝白飯，撒上昆布，再蓋一層白飯，鋪上海苔爆彈，再淋上湯，「幸平瀏海台爆彈便當」就完成了。
